WKA files antitrust complaint against providers of trans-oceanic vehicle carrier services for antitrust violations

(June 2013) Weinstein Kitchenoff & Asher LLC filed a complaint against providers of international, trans-oceanic vehicle carrier services for engaging in a conspiracy to unlawfully fix and artificially raise the prices of such services.
